DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request for approval of a Resolution by petitioner, Nathan Laskiewicz, to vacate portions of Lots 1 and 2, Block 128 (Parcel Number 3291-128-001), in Rainbow Springs Plat, as recorded in Plat Book P, Page 29. The portions being vacated are the six feet wide utility and drainage easement on the east side of Lot 1 and the west side of Lot 2. Vacating will allow the petitioner to build on his newly joined lots.
The Development Review Committee (DRC) considered this request on March 23rd, 2026, and it was the Committee’s recommendation that the petition be granted.
