DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Request recognition of additional Balances Forward in the Fine and Forfeiture Fund to fund the increase in the monthly charges to Florida Department of Juvenile Justice from $138,528.44 to $224,011.49 effective July 1, 2024. This request is for an increase of $114,726 in Aid to Government Agencies (581101) in FY 2023-24 and a change to the FY 2024-25 proposed budget from $1,912,000 to $2,700,000.
