DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Facilities Management is requesting a one-time transfer of $20,000 to the gas, oil and lubricant account from Facilities machinery and equipment line. Our gas account is underfunded this fiscal year due to the increase of our fleet, fuel prices and workload of technicians throughout the county. The machinery and equipment line has excess funds as we have purchased vehicles for less than what was budgeted.
