DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
During the Board meeting on April 15, 2025, the Board approved a donation agreement with the Saint Bernard Foundation, in the amount of $1 million to be used for the construction of the new animal shelter.
The agreement was not yet finalized but only needed minor edits by the Marion County Attorney’s office. Being presented today for the record is the fully executed agreement.
