DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

The Board of County Commissioners approved Division 7 Tree Protection and Replacement on July 8, 2026. At that time, the Board directed staff to work with the Land Development Regulation Commission (LDRC) and the Development Community to review the approved Ordinance in relation to items that may become more burdensome to the Development Community.
