The Grant provides an opportunity for properties in the Silver Springs Primary Focus Area (PFA) to abandon existing septic systems and to connect to a central wastewater collection system. To administer the Grant, individual Residential Septic to Sewer Initiative Agreements (Agreement) are required for the individual properties. This Agreement supports the wastewater connection for Affordable Living Properties, LLC (Parcel Number 2420-033-000) and creates a residential wastewater connection project. Included in the project is the required surveying, engineering, permitting, on-site plumbing costs, and off-site costs to connect to the centralized sewer, capital charges, and the abandonment of the existing septic tank.
