DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This budget adjustment is necessary to close out the completed Ocala Park Estates Project (PRC202009) and transfer the remaining available project funds to Improvements Other Than Buildings for future park improvement projects. The project was completed on September 30, 2024, with all project work substantially complete and all obligations satisfied. The remaining funds are no longer needed for the completed project and can be reallocated to support future capital improvements within the Parks & Recreation system.
