DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The Utilities Administration Elevator Repair and Improvement project and the Utilities Administration Replacement Sign project have been completed, and all invoices have been paid. The Utilities Water Mains and Fire Hydrants project is also complete, with all invoices paid; this project string had been open for more than seven years, with funds added annually, and included the construction of multiple water main extensions during that time. Closing this project supports the Budget Department’s goal of closing projects that have remained open for more than five years, and any remaining funds should be transferred to the Water Distribution System project to support future water line construction.
