The Board of County Commissioners approved the Land Development Code (LDC) Article 1 Administration, Division 2 Definitions. On July 8. 2026, the Board directed staff to work with the Land Development Regulation Commission (LDRC) and the Development Community to review the approved Ordinance in relation to the items that may become more burdensome to the Development Community.
