DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to declare Parcel Number 3287-003-016 as surplus, authorize staff to proceed with the sale to Qaisouni Babikir in the amount of $5,200 plus closing costs, and execute the Statute 125 Deed. This is a vacant parcel that is approximately 0.30 acres located in Section 19 Township 15 Range 25 that was acquired as a Tax Deed and staff recommends approval of this bid.
