DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

The Marion County Code currently prohibits alcoholic beverages on property owned or leased by Marion County, with specific exemptions as defined in Chapter 3. This Ordinance will amend Chapter 3 and Chapter 14 to allow the Board of County Commissioners to permit by resolution the sale and consumption of alcohol on Marion County property.
