DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This request supports the Clerk’s approved FY 2026-27 budget for planned IT infrastructure replacement. Although the funds were originally budgeted in Professional Services and Computer Software, they must now be reallocated to the Machinery and Equipment account to align with accounting principles and allow for proper expenditure. Approval of this budget amendment will ensure the Clerk’s Office can execute the scheduled IT infrastructure replacement in accordance with the adopted budget and required accounting practices.
