APPLICANT requests waiver because the development is severely constrained by space limitations, making it impossible to use a radii larger than the one currently applied; however, there is minimal difference between the proposed radii and the radii required by Roadway Design Standards, so it poses no safety risk to the roadway. Every effort was made to maximize the radii, and the proposed radius represents the largest one achievable at the site.
