DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Current funding for TIP074555 - SW 38th St Phase B is being moved to TIP075110 - SW 38th/40th St Lane Additions. These two projects are being combined into one, with the new single project matching the approved Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for FY 2026-30. $4,000,000 will be transferred from TIP074555 to TIP075110 for the use of right-of-way purchases. TIP074555 and its related expense strings can be closed.
$2,615,018 will be transferred within TIP075110 from Improvements - West District to Land Acquisition - ROW/Easements. This will leave $650,000 assigned to design services in the current fiscal year, as is indicated on the TIP.
