DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Based on current fiscal year's parts purchases through Fleet Management, we anticipate needing $30,000 for end-of-year invoices. To improve tracking, the Parts - Vehicle/Equipment account was created mid-year and we transferred funds from Repairs/Maintenance - Fleet Management to fund it preliminarily.
Since there's no historical spending data, next year's budget may require adjustments to accommodate unexpected accidents or repairs.
