Pursuant to Chapter 189.031(3) F.S. enclosed is a map of the Uplands Stewardship District (the "District"), legal description as shown in Special Act: Chapter 2026-217, Laws of Florida, which will serve as the charter for the District. The enclosure also includes additional details, noting that the District has selected Mr. Johnathan Johnson as the District's Registered Agent.
