DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
William Alexander “Cash” Collins achieved the rank of Eagle Scout on August 20, 2025. As part of his Eagle Scout service project, he designed, built, and installed Free Little Library kiosks at Tom’s Park, Wyomina Park, and Clyatt Park in Ocala, in collaboration with the City of Ocala Recreation and Parks Department. The project was completed on July 7, 2025.
