DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The No Horsin’ Around with Marion Campaign is the result of the Litter Task Force. In February 2023, the Litter Task Force presented Rubbish the Raccoon to the Board of County Commissioners. One year later, we would like to provide an update on the campaign’s progress and wish Rubbish a happy birthday.
