DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
On November 19, 2024, the Board approved a Contract with John L. Finch Contracting Corp to provide grading and compacting services for unpaved Marion County maintained roadways located within the boundaries of Rainbow Parks Units 1 & 2. The contractor has performed the required services in a satisfactory and reliable manner, meeting the County’s operational and performance expectations. This amendment supplements the Agreement by adding a one (1) year term.
Attached for review is a draft Contract amendment. Upon approval at today’s meeting, it will be sent to John L. Finch Contracting Corp for signatures. Once returned it will be forwarded to the County Attorney, Clerk, and Chairman for signatures.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Neutral; estimated expenditure of $52,684. Funding available from LH608541 - 546131 (Rainbow Park Units 1 & 2 Road Maintenance Fund)

Motion to approve, and upon approval by Legal, authorize the Chairman and Clerk to execute the Contract with John L. Finch Contracting Corp under 25B-010.
