DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The Water Service Agreement 19-SA-13 required the Owner to perform necessary improvements to obtain water service to their lot. The extension constructed to serve the Owner’s parcel on the accompanying Addendum identifies the certified construction cost for five (5) additional benefitting parcels along the route of the water line extension.
