DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to approve the Release of Subdivision Improvement Agreements with Surety Bonds associated with Calesa Chestnut Grove. The improvements were inspected on September 21, 2026 and a Certification of Satisfactory Completion letter was sent to the Developer. The release will be recorded in the Public Record for proper satisfaction of the surety bond.
