DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request for approval and execution of a Resolution declaring that a Public Hearing be held to consider a petition made by Christopher G. Hannon, Nicolette C. Hannon, January D. West, Carl C. West, on behalf of SW 140th LLC, to close and abandon SW 96th Place, SW 97th Place, and SW 98th Lane, to renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the general public. These roads are located within the Unrecorded Subdivision Plat of Samardak's Cloud-9 Ranchettes and within, or adjacent to, the applicant's parcel (34979-000-00). The Development Review Commitment recommended approval of this item on March 23, 2026.
The request for road closures was heard and approved by the Development Review Committee on March 23, 2026.
