DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

On March 14, 2024, a Code Enforcement Board lien was recorded against Allan G. Chitolie and Josephine Chitolie for parking a commercial vehicle and occupying an RV in an improper zone, and for having an accessory use without a principal residential structure. The parcel number is 15990-000-00, it is a 57.3-acre property with A-1 zoning located along NE 100th Avenue and NE 90th Street Road. The violations were eventually removed and Lenisha Chitolie requested a rescission of the lien on behalf of her parents. The Code Enforcement Board heard the request on October 30, 2024 and recommended the Board of County Commissioners reduce or rescind the lien based on the testimony presented. Allan G. Chitolie and Josephine Chitolie own three properties in Marion County.
