DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

Mastroserio Engineering, Inc., on behalf of property owner Linda Capozzoli, has filed an application to rezone a 19.62-acre parcel west of SW Hwy 200 from General Agriculture (A-1) to Planned Unit Development “Capozzoli Hills” for a maximum of 71 single-family dwelling units, pursuant to the provisions of Land Development Code (LDC) Division 2.7 - Zoning and LDC Section 4.2.31. The subject property (35460-039-00) is situated inside the Urban Growth Boundary as well as the County's Secondary Springs Protection Overlay Zone.
