DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to approve a Purchase Agreement for a portion of Parcel Number 13675-001-01 associated with the CR 225A and Hwy 27 Intersection Improvement Project. There are two drainage easements consisting of 2,750.01 SF (0.063 AC) and 4,720 SF (0.108 AC) and a temporary construction easement consisting of 280.23 SF (0.006 AC). Additionally, the agreement includes compensation for impacted trees, landscaping, board fencing and double driveways with vehicular staging area.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Neutral; expenditure of $50,503 plus closing costs (STC073867 - VJ738541 - 561301)
