Fred N. Roberts, with Klein & Klein LLC, and on behalf of property owner, WD Holt, LLC., has filed an application to rezone a 2.05-acre portion of a ±19-acre property on the southern side of SE Hwy 484, from Rural Commercial (RC-1) to Heavy Business (B-4), pursuant to the provisions of Land Development Code (LDC) Division 2.7 - Zoning and LDC Section 4.2.20. The subject property is situated outside the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) and in the County's Secondary Springs Protection Overlay Zone (S-SPOZ).
