DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to consider approval of a Resolution by Petitioners Willie B. Hayter and Karla S. Hayter to close and abandon Tract A of the Carriage Trail Plat (Plat Book 001, Page 138) to renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the general public.
The request for Road Closure was heard and approved by the Development Review Committee on December 15, 2025.
