DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to approve a purchase agreement in the amount of $63,300 plus closing costs for a portion of parcel 21251-001-20 associated with the SW 80th Avenue Segment 1 Road Improvement Project (SW 80th Street to 0.5 miles north of SW 38th Street). This is a 0.110-arce right-of-way taking and a 0.13-acre temporary construction easement taking of an approximately 2.55 acres sized parcel.
The negotiated agreement is inclusive of any and all costs associated with this transaction. There are cost savings recognized in this negotiation by avoiding additional costs that occur during condemnation proceedings.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Neutral; expenditure of $63,300 plus closing costs (Fund STC073815- CIPTRANSP- EXPANSROW- 738- VJ738541-561301).
