DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The landscaping and irrigation maintenance for the South Gateway Feature at I-75 was originally budgeted in the amount of $26,854 as Repairs and Maintenance for Building and Grounds. After the budget was approved, the Tourist Development Department successfully negotiated and entered a contract with a service provider. After review by the Finance Department during the initiation of a Purchase Order, it was determined this should be adjusted to fund the service from Contract Services. Funds are available in Repairs and Maintenance for Building and Grounds.
