DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

Chad Linn with Linn Engineering, on behalf of the owner A&B Properties Services LLC., filed a rezoning application to change a ±0.55-acre parcel from Multiple Family Dwelling (R-3) to Residential Planned Unit Development (R-PUD) for a maximum of eight (8) multiple-family dwelling units. The subject parcel is located on 351 Marion Oaks Blvd. Ocala, FL 34473. The subject property is located within the Secondary Spring’s Protection Overlay Zone (S-SPOZ).
