DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
An adjustment of $5,500 is needed to Utility Services - Heating due to increased Natural Gas and TECO service costs. There are available funds in Capital Improvement - Funding that can be used for this one-time transfer. This is a non-recurring issue, and the proposed budget for this line item has already been increased for next fiscal year to account for anticipated costs.
