DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
In the wastewater department, some positions have been vacant, which has resulted in overtime to be much higher than budgeted. While Utilities is continuing to work with Human Resources to fill these positions, the vacancies continue to result in the need for overtime to maintain the utility's level of service to customers.
