DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
A budget amendment is needed to realign available funding to reflect the cost of current operational priorities. Transferring allows us to address essential hardware upgrades and support technical components whose costs have increased. Sufficient funds are available in Travel and Training due to lower than anticipated expenditures due to staffing changes. Additionally, some of the equipment is priced so that it's not a capital expense and funds would need to be in Computer Hardware.
