DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The Code Enforcement Board has five (5) incumbent member terms expiring in August 2026. One (1) incumbent, Hunter Street, notified the Commission Office on August 4, 2026, that he will not seek reappointment. The remaining four (4) incumbents submitted applications for reappointment within the advertised application period and are being considered for new individual terms ending in August 2029. The applicants are as follows:

- David W. Francis
- Gary Ernst
- Clifford E. Wilson
