DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This is a request to approve a Purchase Agreement between LC Stevenson and Marion County in the amount of $5,400 plus closing costs for a future stormwater project. Parcel Number 2301-001-034 consists of six (6) vacant residential lots comprised of approximately 0.34 acres +/- of land located within Ocala Ridge Estates Subdivision. Staff recommends approval to proceed with the purchase.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Neutral; expenditure of $5,400 plus closing cost (1131 - EK430538 - 561101).
