DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
We entered into an agreement with Duke Energy in March of 2019 for their "Low Income Weatherization Assistance Program"(LIWAP). This program provides rebates for energy improvements made during our rehab projects. The board approved a new agreement on February 20, 2024 along with Resolution No. 24-R50. This BAR moves prior year funds into the proper account that they may be expensed along with current year revenue. This is a onetime change
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Increase General Fund appropriation by $2,473
