DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Based on discussion and direction from County Administration, for the purpose of accelerating road improvement projects within the county, the Clerk’s Office and Public Financial Management (PFM) would like to proceed with establishing a financing team for bond issuance. The team will include the following: County Administration, County Attorney, Clerk, Finance Director, County Engineer, PFM, Nabors, Giblin & Nickerson, P.A., Bryant Miller Olive, P.A. PFM will initiate a Request for Proposal (RFP) process to assist with the selection of the underwriting partner(s).
