DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

Luis Betances, applicant for the property owners, Krissondatt Bisram and Bissoondial Bisram, has applied for a special use permit (SUP) for a food truck park in Community Business (B-2) zoning classification. The subject property is located on West Highway 484, just east of Marion Oaks, within the Secondary Springs Protection Overlay Zone (SPOZ).
