DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
This Resolution declares a specific county-owned parcel (Parcel 3341-010-020) as suitable for private sale and authorizes its sale pursuant to Section 125.35(2), Florida Statutes. Based on a review by County staff, the parcel is not required for any current or foreseeable County purpose.
The subject parcel has an estimated value of $15,000 or less, qualifying it for disposition without competitive bidding under statute. Approval of the Resolution authorizes the sale of the property and execution of all necessary conveyance documents by the Chair and Clerk. The sale is proposed to an adjacent property owner and will put the parcel back on the tax role.
