DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Marion Oaks Recreation is requesting a transfer of funds of $220,000 from Capital Improvements.
There are multiple leaks and wear and tear in the Marion Oaks Community Centers roof in need of replacement. This roof is approximately 32 years old and has reached the end of its lifespan. This re-roof project will involve the complete removal and replacement of all roofing materials, encompassing both the existing flat roof and the sloped tile roofing,
This is an emergency unplanned project that needs to be replaced now before further damage occurs.
This will be a one-time change.
