DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The City of Ocala has requested a change order in the amount of $182,953.34 for their portion of the SW 40th/49th Ph 1 project (from SW 66th St to the SW 42nd St Flyover). Section 4 of the interlocal agreement allows for increases to the budget of the project, which will be reimbursed by the city. $182,954 will be added to the project and to the relevant revenue account.
BUDGET/IMPACT:
Increase County Transportation Maintenance Fund appropriation by $182,954.
