STC073810 - SW 49th Ave South Segment A Infrastructure Surtax requires an increase in Right of Way funding to cover upcoming payments. $356,324 will be deducted from STC073812 - NW 80th/70th Ave Infrastructure Surtax and transferred to STC073810 - SW 49th Ave South Segment A Infrastructure Surtax. STC073812 - NW 80th/70th Ave Infrastructure Surtax is not in active ROW acquisition and therefore its assigned funding can be reassigned.
