DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
Marion County was awarded a full forgiveness State Revolving Fund loan for the design of the water main and associated infrastructure to serve the Lowell Fire College region (agreement DW420630). The Board approved the agreement with the State of Florida on July 7, 2026. The agreement was executed with the State on July 23, 2026. Due to timing of the receipt of the Agreement from the state, it was not possible to process this budget amendment in FY 2026-27.
