DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

William Loges and Karen Loges applied for a Reasonable Accommodation for three (3) goats, four (4) geese, and two (2) ducks on a 0.95-acre parcel with Single Family Dwelling (R-1) zoning and Rural Land (RL) future land use. The Parcel Identification Number associated with the property is 1753-035-020. The site’s address is 6500 SW 202nd Court, Dunnellon, FL 34431. The site is located outside of the Urban Growth Boundary and Farmland Preservation Area. The site is located inside the Primary Springs Protection Zone.

 

The Conceptual Site Plan submitted with the application proposes a goat pen and a duck pen located in the rear yard of the existing home, with setbacks of 25 feet from the north and south property lines.

 

At the time of publication, no letter of opposition or letter of support have been received.
