DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The NE Hwy 314 at E Hwy 40 project requires an increase to pay for a property appraisal. The project is currently scheduled to be funded in FY 2026-27. The amount of $2,950 in Impact Fees - East will be transferred to the project from Transportation Projects Unassigned.
