DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:

Angela Thomas, on behalf of Richard Taylor, has applied to rezone a 2.38-acre property in Ocala, FL from Single-Family Dwelling (R-1) to Community Business (B-2), pursuant to the provisions of Land Development Code (LDC) Division 2.7 - Zoning and LDC Section 4.2.
