DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
We are requesting funds to be moved from our Regular Salaries account to our Contract Services account to utilize Resource Government Services for a Fleet Parts Specialist, as a current employee is retiring. The request is to transfer the currently budgeted salary funds to cover the weekly invoices processed under the Contract Services account. These funds will be used to cover the Fleet Parts Specialist services for the remainder of the fiscal year.
