DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
The Land Development Code (LDC) requires that all new developments and /or subdivisions create a Municipal Services Benefit Unit (MSBU) for future maintenance of all improvements, to be recorded simultaneously with the plat. The following date is being requested for a Public Hearing associated with the proposed Clearlake Ranches Hamlet Subdivision MSBU and in accordance with Section 125.01(1)(q), Florida Statutes.
