This is a request to approve the Final Plat Emerson Pointe Phase 1, a Planned Unit Development.
This subdivision is located in the northeast portion of the County containing 92 lots, six tracts and 0.67 miles of road on approximately 23.44 acres.
This Final Plat was approved by the Development Review Committee on September 23, 2024.
