DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND:
A resolution is presented for Board approval for authorization of six (6) Tourist Development Funding Programs.
• Meeting Rewards Funding Program
• Room Night Generating Funding Program
• Bid Fee Funding Program
• Marketing Assistance Funding Program
• Arts and Cultural Destination Enhancement Funding Program
• Capital Projects Funding Program
Resolution 25-R-219 was previously adopted on July 1, 2025, however, there have been revisions to the following programs: Marketing Assistance Funding Program, Room Night Generating Event Funding Program and Bid Fee Funding Program, as well as the development of the Capital Projects Funding Program.
The programs were reviewed and recommended for approval by the Tourist Development Council at their regularly scheduled meeting on September 24, 2026.
